- We
reserve the right to update, adjust, or suspend the service content and
functional modules according to business development needs. Relevant

announcements, in-site notifications, or other means. Your continued use
of the services after the changes shall be deemed as your acceptance of
the revised service rules.
(II)

and compliantly use the basic services of the Website, and independently
choose whether to interact with advertising content (interaction must be
based on genuine needs, without false or deceptive behavior).

(II)
User Obligations
- Authenticity
of Information: When registering or using the services, users must provide
true, accurate, and complete personal information (such as name, email
address, contact information, etc.) and update such information in a
timely manner when changes occur. Users shall not register accounts using
false identities or by appropriating others' information; otherwise, they
shall bear the legal liabilities arising therefrom.
- Compliance
of Content: Content published or disseminated by users on the Website

comply with laws, regulations, and public order and good customs, and
shall not contain the following content:
- Information

pornography, gambling, terrorism, illegal drugs, or infringing others'
intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark right, portrait
right) or personal rights);
- False
and misleading information (such as false medical promises, promotion of
financial products without risk warnings, and promotional content for
counterfeit brands or products);
- Content
that interferes with the normal display of AdSense advertisements (such
as copy that induces ad clicks like "Click the ad to get
resources" or "Click the ad to support us", or
graphics/pop-ups that block the borders of advertisements and cause users
to click by mistake);
- Proper
Use of Services: Users shall not disrupt the operation order of the
Website through technical means or other methods, including but not
limited to:
- Using
robots, automatic scripts, plug-ins, or other tools to inflate page

III.
Advertising Services and AdSense Compliance Provisions
(I)
Rules for Ad Display
- The
advertising content on the Website is provided by Google AdSense. Ad
display must comply with the Google AdSense Program Policies (available
at https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182).
Advertisements will be placed in areas that do not interfere with content
browsing, and the style of advertisements will be clearly distinguishable
from the Website's content (e.g., marked with an "Ad" label) to
avoid user misunderstanding.
- We
reserve the right to adjust the number and position of displayed
advertisements according to updates to the AdSense Policies or
optimization of user experience, provided that such adjustments do not
violate the AdSense requirements on "ad ratio" and
"prohibition of ad display on non-content pages".
(II)
Standards for User Interaction with Advertisements
- User
interaction with advertisements must be based on genuine needs. Users
shall not engage in any false interaction behaviors, including but not
limited to:
- Repeatedly
clicking the same advertisement manually or instigating others to click
advertisements;
- Using
devices or software to automatically generate ad clicks or impression
data;
- Clicking
ad links without actual needs for the purpose of "obtaining
revenue" or "testing functions";
- If
users violate the above standards and cause us to be penalized by Google
AdSense (such as account suspension or revenue deduction), we reserve the
right to hold users liable and claim compensation for all losses incurred.
IV.
Privacy Protection Provisions
(I)
Scope of Information Collection
- Voluntarily
Provided Information: Information proactively submitted by users when
registering or publishing content (such as name, email address, contact
information, etc.);
- Automatically
Collected Information: To optimize services and ad targeting
effectiveness, we will automatically collect technical information about
users' service usage (such as IP address, browser type, device model,
browsing history, and page stay time). The collection and use of such
information must comply with the Google AdSense Privacy Policy and
relevant regulatory requirements.
(II)
Use and Sharing of Information
- Collected
information will only be used for the following purposes:
- Providing
personalized services to users (such as content recommendations);
- Ensuring
website security and preventing risks such as account theft and fraud;
- Cooperating
with Google AdSense in ad performance statistics (only anonymized data,
such as device identifiers and browsing preferences, will be shared, and
no user's real identity information will be involved);
- Except
for the following circumstances, we will not share users' information with
third parties:
- Obtaining
explicit authorization from users;
- Being
required by laws and regulations or being requested by administrative or
judicial authorities in accordance with the law;
- Sharing
with partners such as AdSense (which must comply with the "data
minimization" principle, and partners must sign data protection
agreements to ensure information security).
(III)
User Rights Regarding Information
- Users
may contact us (see Article VIII) to request access to, modification of,
or deletion of their personal information;
- If
the region where users are located has special privacy protection
requirements (such as the European Union's General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) of the
United States), users may claim additional rights such as "right to
data portability" and "right to opt out of data sale" in
accordance with local laws and regulations, and we will cooperate in
accordance with the law.
V.
Provisions on Intellectual Property Rights
- All
content of the Website (including but not limited to text, icons, logos,
interface designs, and program codes) and the corresponding intellectual
property rights are owned by us or legally authorized parties (the
intellectual property rights of AdSense advertising content are owned by
advertisers or Google). Without written permission, users shall not copy,
disseminate, adapt, or reverse-engineer the above content.
- The
intellectual property rights of original content published by users on the
Website (such as comments and contributions) are owned by the users.
However, users grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, free, and
sublicensable right to use such content. The scope of authorization
includes: displaying and disseminating the content, optimizing the display
of the content for adaptation to different terminal devices, and
reasonably using the content for advertising cooperation purposes (such as
content-related ad placement). If the user's content infringes the
intellectual property rights of a third party, the user shall bear all
legal liabilities independently; if such infringement causes losses to us,
the user shall compensate us for such losses.
VI.
Modification of the Agreement and Termination of Services
(I)
Modification of the Agreement
- If
there are updates to laws and regulations, adjustments to the AdSense
Policies, or changes to the Website's business, we reserve the right to
modify the terms of this Agreement. After modification, we will notify
users through "announcements at the bottom of the Website",
"in-site pop-ups", or other means, with a public notice period
of no less than 7 natural days;
- If
users have objections to the modified Agreement, they may stop using the
Website's services; continued use of the services shall be deemed as
acceptance of the modified Agreement.
(II)
Termination of Services
- Users
may apply for account cancellation at any time to terminate the use of
services. Before cancellation, users must back up their personal data on
their own (after account cancellation, data will be retained for a certain
period as required by laws and regulations, and then deleted upon
expiration);
- If
users violate this Agreement or the AdSense Policies, we reserve the right
to take measures such as "issuing a warning, restricting functions,
suspending services, or canceling the account" based on the severity
of the violation, and will not refund any service fees already incurred
(if any);
- Due
to force majeure (such as natural disasters, server failures),
requirements of laws and regulations, or administrative orders, we may
suspend or terminate part or all of the services. In such cases, we will
notify users through website announcements 3 working days in advance, and
make reasonable compensation in accordance with the law based on the
actual service usage of users (excluding losses caused by the user's own
reasons that lead to the expansion of losses).
VII.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- Any
dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement (including but
not limited to disputes related to service quality, ad compliance, and
information protection) shall first be resolved through friendly
negotiation between the parties, with a negotiation period of 30 natural
days;
- If
negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit
with the federal court or a competent state court in Santa Clara County,
California, United States (this jurisdiction provision complies with the
requirements of the Google AdSense Online Standard Terms);
- The
formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution
of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
California, United States (excluding its conflict of laws rules to avoid
the application of laws of other jurisdictions). If the laws and
regulations of the region where the user is located have mandatory
provisions on the protection of user rights and interests (and such
provisions have priority over the terms of this Agreement), such mandatory
provisions shall prevail.
VIII.

Other Provisions
- This
Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between the parties regarding
the service matters, and supersedes all previous oral or written
agreements;
- If
a clause of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by
a competent court, it shall not affect the validity of other clauses,
which shall remain in force and be performed;
- Our
failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under this Agreement
shall not be deemed as a waiver of such right; our exercise of part of a
right shall not affect our exercise of other rights.
